Thank you for choosing Wood-En-Wonders for your custom furniture needs. These Terms of Service outline our business practices and your rights as our customer.

1. Services Provided

Wood-En-Wonders designs, builds, finishes, and installs custom furniture for residential and commercial clients. All furniture is handcrafted from premium domestic hardwoods in our workshop.

2. Consultation & Quotes

• Initial design consultations are complimentary with no obligation
• Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Quotes include detailed specifications, materials, timeline, and total cost
• Custom designs remain the property of Wood-En-Wonders until final payment is received

3. Deposits & Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required to begin your project
• The remaining 50% is due upon completion before delivery/installation
• Accepted payment methods: Check, Cash, Credit Card, Bank Transfer
• Additional charges may apply for design changes requested after work has begun

4. Project Timeline

• Estimated timelines are provided with each quote
• Timelines may be affected by material availability, project complexity, or unforeseen circumstances
• We will communicate promptly if any delays occur
• Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee

5. Design Changes & Modifications

• Minor design adjustments during the consultation phase are included
• Significant changes after project approval may result in additional costs and timeline extensions
• All change requests must be submitted in writing and approved before implementation

6. Cancellation Policy

• Projects may be cancelled within 48 hours of deposit for a full refund
• Cancellations after work has begun will forfeit the deposit to cover materials purchased and labor invested
• Wood-En-Wonders reserves the right to cancel projects if circumstances prevent completion, with full refund of any deposits paid

7. Delivery & Installation

• Professional installation is included for most projects (exceptions noted in quote)
• Client must provide clear access to installation area
• Client is responsible for removing existing furniture or fixtures unless otherwise arranged
• Installation dates are scheduled after final payment is received

8. Quality Guarantee

• All furniture is inspected before leaving our facility
• We guarantee our workmanship and materials
• Any defects in craftsmanship will be repaired at no cost within one year of installation
• Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or improper care are not covered

9. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate measurements and access to installation site
• Notify us immediately of any concerns during or after installation
• Maintain furniture according to care instructions provided
• Ensure safe working conditions for our installation team

10. Limitation of Liability

Wood-En-Wonders is not liable for:

• Damage to property during installation unless caused by our negligence
• Issues arising from inaccurate measurements provided by the client
• Natural wood characteristics such as grain variation or color differences
• Damage occurring after installation due to misuse or improper care

11. Intellectual Property

Custom designs created by Wood-En-Wonders remain our intellectual property. Designs may not be reproduced by third parties without written permission.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of [Your State].
