Once approved, we handcraft your piece in our workshop and provide progress updates. Finally, we professionally install your finished furniture. Simple as that.

Timeline depends on project complexity, but most pieces take 4-8 weeks from approval to installation. Larger projects like full kitchens may take 10-14 weeks. We provide a specific timeline with your quote and keep you updated throughout.

Absolutely! We welcome shop visits by appointment. Seeing our process firsthand helps you understand the craftsmanship going into your piece.

Not at all! Many clients come to us with rough ideas or inspiration photos. We'll work with you to refine your vision into a detailed design. That's what the consultation is for.

 

Yes. Bring photos or samples, and we'll match stains, styles, and finishes as closely as possible. Keep in mind that natural wood has unique characteristics, so exact matches aren't always possible—but we'll get very close.

Yes! Professional installation is included with most projects. We deliver, install, and won't leave until everything is perfect. You just need to provide clear access to the installation area.
